[Intro]
Here's a track fresh from 052
Albay sound, south side
LA Phily, four five double O
Live from M.E.D yo!
District 2, bring me the mic!
[Hook] (MC Shan sample & scratch)
Hip-hop (x32)
Bring me, bring me, bring me
The, the, the mic
The, the, the mic
I'll wreck the mic!
[Verse 1]
Straight from the south side, 052 yeah
Albay sound rap, LA Phily district 2
Where hip-hop is alive and uragon is the pride
Underground MC, Zner G. from region five
Being real is the hip, spreading vibes is the trip
We don't just jump and hop, scratch and rip, flip the script
You can see us on the streets hanging out
One unified culture, this ain't a sell out
Some are not the real shit, they're just a follower
Real MCs got no rhymes that's getting shallower
Mainstream rap that's taking over, stereotypical rappers
Ripping off the true art form I consider them "others"
Cause attitude not aptitude will determine my altitude
Quality not quantity will determine my magnitude
The lyrics is the symbol of a rapper's fortitude
So let me shout these words now to express my gratitude
[Hook] (MC Shan sample & scratch)
Hip-hop (x32)
Bring me, bring me, bring me
The, the, the mic
The, the, the mic
I'll wreck the mic!
[Verse 2]
If you can't beat them, talk mad shit but nevermind
I don't even give a damn and take no shit
Defunct! Their name doesn't even ring a bell now
I don't see their shadows even though we're on the same town
Got to put the action into lyrics
Rebuttal's the reply to the reaction of the critics
Their rhymes are anemic, I can't feel it like I'm on anesthetic
They lowered the standards from poetic to pathetic
And smeared the reputation of the movement
For their own amusement, the lyrics are reduced to a crappy entertainment
This is a denouncement, what a disappointment
They contribute embarassment so who are they to represent
Me? I'm a home grown MC from Legazpi City
Representing the rad scene here in LA Phily
Got to stay true to the roots of the underground hip-hop
Recorded from the south with uragon pride!
[Hook] (MC Shan sample & scratch)
Hip-hop (x32)
Bring me, bring me, bring me
The, the, the mic
The, the, the mic
I'll wreck the mic!
[Outro]
Skratchwise, keep it spinning!

This album will take you to a trip inside the mind of a great producer and beat-smith. KMG really went hard on those drum breaks and samples to put out his distinct boom-bap sound. Listen on repeat! ZNER G.
The best boom-bap production from The M.E.D turned into solid tracks by underground emcees from Albay area with their unique flow, true to life lyrics & their zeal to define the sound of real hip-hop! ZNER G.

Really nice and smooth Hip-Hop album that kind of reminds me of ATCQ’s Love Movement. I have a quite a few favorites. No Sweat, Midnight’s Theme, and Media Takeout. It would be nice if there was an instrumental version of this album. Thanks 🙏 Dionysus Virus
